Appointments
Scheduled appointment times are reserved specifically for our patients. While we are aware that unforeseen circumstances can cause a missed appointment, we respectfully request that patients give a 24-hour notice if they need to cancel an existing appointment.
Insurance
Our practice is committed to helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we are happy to bill insurance companies for orthodontic benefits. While we strive to provide the most accurate insurance information available, we cannot guarantee payment of benefits due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to provide assistance.
