rachel@marcelorthodontics.com Rachel Bruce, Registered Dental Assistant. Rachel joined our team in January of 2012. Inspired by her own experience as a patient of our practice, Rachel pursued becoming a registered dental assistant at Carrington College and received her RDA license in March of 2012.

records@marcelorthodontics.com Stacey Chrupalo, Professional Relations Coordinator/Financial Assistant, has used her expertise in finance to enhance our administrative department since 2002. Her attention to detail and accuracy supports her in her role of preparing records and corresponding between patients, dental professionals and specialists.

angie@marcelorthodontics.com Angie Delgado, Registered Dental Assistant/Chairside Assistant, Angie began her career in 1989 when she became a Registered Dental Assistant and started working in general and pediatric dentistry. She joined our team in 1991, bringing with her bilingual skills that allow her to communicate with our Spanish speaking patients and translate effectively. Angie feels the best part of working in orthodontics is seeing the patient through the completion of their treatment.

rob@marcelorthodontics.com Rob Eckert, Laboratory Technician, graduated from Chico State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Psychology in 2000. He uses his knowledge and creative talent to fabricate custom appliances and retention appliances.

jennifer@marcelorthodontics.com Jennifer Ferolito, Clinic Coordinator/Registered Dental Assistant, , is highly regarded for her exemplary orthodontic skill and compassion for her patients. She became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1991 and has assisted Dr. Marcel in treatment planning, correspondence, digital records, and chairside assisting since 2000.

chris@marcelorthodontics.com Christine Greenlaw, Registered Dental Hygienist /Laboratory Coordinator, grew up watching her father practice orthodontics and became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1970 when she graduated from the University of California San Francisco with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Joining the practice in 1983 makes her the longest running member of our team.

Joanne Headley, Bookkeeper, joined the team in March of 1992. With a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from Cal State University Long Beach, Joanne has helped guide the growth of the practice and ensures adherence to our mission statement. Her attention to detail and years of administrative experience facilitates the smooth operation of the office. She has used her skills to assist staff and patients in achieving a successful orthodontic experience and has dedicated several years to community volunteerism.

She fulfilled her goal of becoming a chairside assistant in 2005. Stephanie’s greatest joy is seeing the patient’s never-ending smile after the braces have been removed.

  kim@marcelorthodontics.com Kimberly Morphis, Office Manager/Registered Dental Assistant, Kim received her Registered Dental Assistant license in 1981. She has experience in supervising, clinical training, financial, and treatment coordinating which supports her in guiding the smooth flow of clinic and office operations. Kim has frequently been invited to present at a national level for the American Association of Orthodontics. She has been an essential member of our team since 1994.

janet@marcelorthodontics.com Janet Niermeyer, Scheduling Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator, Janet joined our practice in November of 2002 with over seven years of retail experience with Nordstroms. Using her expertise in customer service, Janet strives to meet the scheduling needs of our patients, while providing a welcoming reception. Her positive “can do” attitude is contagious among staff and patients alike.

Her genuinely warm and friendly personality, as well as many years of experience in orthodontics, has allowed her to provide the patient with an enjoyable scheduling and financial experience, since March of 2006.

christine@marcelorthodontics.com Christine Townsend, Treatment Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator, With over fifteen years of experience in education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Christine uses her communication and teaching skills to acquaint new patients with our practice while guiding them through the diagnosis process. Building positive relationships and individualizing for each new patient has been her ongoing goal since October of 2007.

lorena@marcelorthodontics.com Lorena Zaragoza, Registered Dental Assistant/Chairside Assistant/Treatment Coordinator, Lorena joined our team in July of 2007. Lorena enriches our practice with the ability to speak Spanish fluently and naturally. Lorena received her Registered Dental Assistant license in 1993 and has several years of dental and orthodontic experience. She is instrumental in welcoming new patients into the Tracy office.
